Yiğit Osman Akyıldız is a Ph.D. student in Biochemistry at Selçuk University. He received his M.Sc. degree in Biochemistry from Selçuk University, with a thesis focused on hydrogen production at liquid/liquid interfaces. During his master’s education, he actively took part in a TÜBİTAK 1002 project as well as several other research projects, which strengthened his expertise in photocatalytic, electrochemical, and interfacial hydrogen production processes. His research interests further include CO₂ reduction, O₂ reduction, NH₃ production, and O₂ evolution reactions. Alongside his academic career, he is currently working as an R&D Specialist at YEO Teknoloji, where he contributes to the development of innovative and sustainable energy technologies.
